The District of Muskoka is paying it forward for the sixth year in a row. Anyone with an idea of how to make the area a better place to live can apply for up to $2,5000Â to put the plan into action.
For example, the District handed out $1,300 dollars to Community Living Huntsville to create an inclusive art program last year. The Meals on Wheels program in Bala received $1,250. In total, over $34,000 was invested into projects that create positive change.
