The Gravenhurst YMCA will be open to the public as a free warming centre this weekend.
The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka announced all of the centres would be open to the public during the duration of the extreme cold warning in the region.
Anyone looking to get warm can take advantage of these warming centres.
Vice President Karen Pulla says it is important to take caution in extreme cold conditions and she is hoping the community will take full advantage of the free services available to stay safe.
Environment Canada is warning temperatures will dip below the minus 30 mark tonight and stay that way until Sunday.
