Annual Dockside Festival expected to be a big tourism draw for Muskoka in August

Gravenhurst officials are expecting a huge tourism draw for an annual artisan celebration.

The 26th Annual Dockside Festival kicks off on August 18th and the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce is expecting it to bring thousands of visitors to the community. Chamber representative Matt Driscoll says with over 100 vendors coming to set up during the event, there will be something for everyone.

The festival runs for three days and Driscoll expects the tourists drawn by the event will check out the rest of what Muskoka has to offer as well.

Driscoll says the festival has drawn upward of 4,000 visitors over its three-day run in the past.

Dockside Festival is run in partnership with Veridian Connections. You can get the details on all the activities and artisans coming to Dockside Festival here.
