Driest Month of May in Several Years According to Environment Canada

It was a dry month of May, according to Environment Canada.

Last month, the Muskoka region felt weather we would normally see in the month of July with temperatures close to 30 degrees and little precipitation. Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says the rainfall amount was extremely low.

He says we are expected to see temperatures rise by the middle of the week leading into the weekend and believes it may be another week or two until we see any more rain drops.
