The overflow gravel lot at Peake Fields will be closed until July.
This from Bracebridge officials, as the town has hired a contractor to expand the lot to about double the size.
The new lot will feature 97 spots to add to the 90 at the main parking lot at Peake Fields.
This is to provide more parking to keep up with the surge in use of the area, which includes the baseball field and 18-hole disc golf course.
During this closure, anyone using the area can park at the Municipal Office parking lot across the street.
