The by-law to have the Canada Summit Centre as a Municipal Capital Facility has passed.
During the town’s regular council meeting on Monday night, the by-law to exempt taxes to the building did  pass. In the agreement, the only the facilities like the pool and the skating rinks are included.
Officials with the town say the prices to use these facilities will not change
