Huntsville is taking part in a national campaign to promote physical activity with RBC Sports Day in Canada this weekend. The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Sport Council Coordinator Lindsay Fetterley says it kicks of Friday with National Jersey Day.

RBC Sports Day happens Saturday with events at the Active Living Centre and Partner’s Hall. Events include the Run Jump Throw Training Course.

There will also be a Meet and Greet with our Huntsville Jr. C. Otters. RBC Sports Day is a joint initiative between the Sport Council and the Town of Huntsville, something Fetterley says helps programs like RBC Sports Day become successful.
