Bracebridge Town staff now have a few choices on what comes next for the Woodchester Villa.
Following a few presentations, the town has narrowed the options down to five choices.
First would be to rent a portion of the property to a non-profit organization like Muskoka Conservancy.
The second option is to create an Interpretive Centre with guidelines suggested by Patrick Boyer and a possible partnership with Science North.
The town could reserve the building for public events and special meetings.
Staff could consider returning the property back to its former use as a house museum.
The final option would a combination of some of the previous options.
Town staff will deliberate these options and come back to the Planning and Development Committee with a final recommendation on the best option.
