Our MPP supports the Hydro One investigation

The Ontario Ombudsman Andre Marin has announced his office is launching a full investigation into smart meter and billing related issues. Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP Norm Miller says he’s heard consistent complaints from his constituents. He says people deserve answers about their hydro bills, especially when there are obvious irregularities.

A Petition Against Ontario Hydro Facebook page was created in December, where customers have posted complaints about over-priced hydro bills and irregularities. There are almost 26,000 Likes on the page.

If you have any issues or discrepancies with your bill, contact the Ontario Ombudsman’s office at 1-800-263-1830 or by email at info@ombudsman.on.ca.
