It's Bell Let's Talk Day

Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day, a campaign to raise awareness and end the stigma around mental illness. National spokesperson and former Canada AM Co-host Seamus says about one in five Canadians experiences some form of mental illness and two in three people suffer in silence.

 The main focus this year is on workplace mental illness.

Since 2010, the campaign has raised over $62-million, all of which went to mental health organizations across Canada.
