Muskoka Brewery Withdraws their Partnership in Western Canada

Muskoka Brewery will not be selling beer to customers in western Canada.

The brewery announced they will not be selling beer in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. This comes after the recent increase in the tax rate for craft beers outside of the New West Partnership. They say the tax increase has created difficulties for brewers outside the region to sell beer.

Their operations will close down for good by the end of the year.
