The late snowfall in the Muskoka region will not have impact on spring says one Environment Canada official.
This time last year, Environment Canada issued a snow squall warning with close to 30cm expected. But this year, the warmest day of the month could be on Wednesday as temperatures could reach up into the high teens.
Environment Canada Meteorologist, Peter Kimball says snow is on its way but a late snowfall will not be an issue when spring time arrives.
Snow is expected to hit the area by Thursday night and could last until the end of the weekend.
