Muskoka will honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice on Remembrance Day – Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Betty Smith, immediate past president of the Royal Canadian Legion Huntsville Branch 232, said it’s important to keep Remembrance Day visible, especially for young people, to help they grow up appreciating the sacrifices made by veterans and their families.
