One Huntsville man is dead and another is facing second degree murder charges.
Huntsville OPP was called to Aspdin Road last night where a man had been assaulted.
Officers found 45-year-old Michel Earl severely injured at a home on the street.
He was taken to hospital, but died from his injuries.

Forty-two-year-old Charles Hayhoe was arrested and charged with murder.
Hayhoe is scheduled for a bail hearing on April 18th in Bracebridge.
