Canadian legend Gordon Lightfoot will forever be remembered in his home community of Orillia.
Lightfoot attended a ceremony on Friday at J.B. Tudhope Park in Orillia for the unveiling of a 13-foot bronze sculpture, that commemorates his music.
During the ceremony Lightfoot had a bit of fun with sculpture creator Timothy Schmalz.
Hundreds of people from Orillia and across various parts of Ontario attended the event including various media outlets.
