The pre-trial for a Bracebridge man accused of murder is being extended.
Bryan Boland’s pre-trial hearing was held in Newmarket on January 16th and has been extended to February 1st. Boland was charged with first-degree murder after the body of his wife was discovered in their driveway on Wellington Street last May.
Pre-trials are often used to review evidence and testimonies that could be used during a trial.
