Almaguin Highlands Secondary School is hoping you can join them for a soup dinner. They are hosting their second annual Community Dinner to raise funds for their school food bank tonight. Teacher Lisa Rogers says it’s a great event.

There will also be desserts and live entertainment. The community dinner is open to everyone who would like to attend. Admission is by donation, whether that be monetary or food donations. The school’s food bank is really important to their students. Rogers says students appreciate the fact that if they don’t have lunch one day, lunch will be provided for them.
