Cavalcade Ford partners with South Muskoka Hospital Foundation to invest in local health care

Cavalcade Ford is partnering with the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation to raise funds for the local hospital.

Officials said during the dealership’s employee pricing event, Cavalcade Ford will donate $500 to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation for every new or used vehicle sold throughout August and September.

“Community partnerships like this make a real and immediate difference for local healthcare,” said Kathryn Devlin, Director of Philanthropy, South Muskoka Hospital Foundation.

She said funds raised through the campaign will help ensure the hospital can continue providing exceptional care by equipping it with the tools and technology needed to care for patients throughout the community.

According to Devlin, the Miller family-owned dealership has supported the hospital for 40 years.

“Cavalcade Ford is proud to support the hospital that our employees, customers and neighbours count on,” said Will Miller, Owner of Cavalcade Ford. “This event gives our customers an opportunity to find the right vehicle at employee pricing while helping strengthen healthcare in our community.

Miller said they hope the initiative encourages other local businesses to find their own way to support the hospital.
