Huntsville OPP searching for owner of dock found adrift

The Huntsville OPP is asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a drifting dock.

Police say the dock was found floating in Dwight Bay in Lake of Bays Township. The dock was safely secured by a resident on Dwight Beach Road, preventing it from becoming a hazard for boaters and other waterway users.

Anyone who believes the dock belongs to them, or who has information that could help identify its owner, is asked to contact the Huntsville OPP and reference E260908102.
