Bracebridge and its downtown business improvement area are partnering for a new gift card program.
Officials say Shop the Bridge is a community-wide digital gift card program that helps support local businesses, just in time for the holiday season.
They’ll be redeemable at over 35 local shops, services and restaurants with more being added.
Rick Maloney, Bracebridge Mayor, says the program will help raise awareness of the “amazing” businesses in town.
“No matter what the occasion, the Shop the Bridge program is a great way to give a flexible gift that will be well received and helps support our local economy,” he adds.
Lindsay Alexander, Bracebridge BIA Chair, says she’s confident the program will encourage people to shop local over the holidays and beyond.
Visit the Shop the Bridge booth at the Festival of Lights on Friday, November 17 to learn more about the program.
