HUNTSVILLE, ON – A service ceremony is being held in Huntsville by the OPP.
It happens this afternoon at 1:00pm at Hidden Valley Resort.
The ceremony is used to recognize dedicated years of service within the OPP, the Ontario Public Service.
They also recognize police and citizen acts of bravery, lifesaving, community service along with the exemplary performance of duty, investigations, selfless acts and assistance to the OPP.
New OPP Commissioner Thomas Carrique will be on hand to present the awards along with Chief Superintendent Rose DiMarco – Regional Commander of Central Region OPP.
