Thousands of people are without power all across the area.
Hydro One is reporting over 1,000 people are without power in Huntsville, over 600 in Parry Sound and just under 600 in Bracebridge. The company said the cause in all cases is unknown at this time but crews are investigating.
Hydro One estimated the power will be restored in Parry Sound at 10:15 am, in Bracebridge just after 11 am and Huntsville will have to wait until closer to noon.
Hydro One asked the public to stay away from downed power lines or equipment.
