A second arrest has been made in connection with a kidnapping that saw the victim found in Gravenhurst.
York Regional Police says officers searched a home yesterday in Brampton and arrested a 33-year-old man. His name will be released after his court appearance today. Police arrested another suspect, Abdullahi Adan of Toronto, earlier this week after he turned himself into police.
Wanzhen Lu was taken from the garage of a Markham condo on March 26th. Security footage shows three men get out of a van and grab him. One of the kidnappers had a stun gun which was used on Lu as he was forced into the van. Three days later he was found on Doe Lake Road with minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
