The Trillium Lakelands District School Board is cancelling buses this morning.
Board officials are citing dangerous road conditions as Environment Canada is expecting whiteout conditions to stretch into this afternoon in the district.
Schools will remain open for parents that want to drop off their kids, but you will need to pick them up at the end of the day. The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board says while all of it’s Muskoka schools are open, it is encouraging parents to keep the kids at home if possible today due to the turbulent weather.
Muskoka Montessori School is open, but before and after school care is cancelled for today.
