District offers public meeting for proposed subdivision in Bracebridge

Bracebridge residents are invited to weigh in on a proposed subdivision near downtown.

The Kestrel Glen project, being overseen by Loon Call Development Group, would be built off of Manitoba Street across from McCrank Drive. The proposal for the development suggests LCDG Inc is looking to clear 34 lots for single-detached homes and 63 lots for townhouses.

The District of Muskoka’s Planning Services Committee will hold a public meeting on January 24th at the council chambers in Bracebridge at 1:00pm. You can find out more about this subdivision project and you can have you say during the meeting as well.

LCDG Inc is also developing a Kestrel Glen subdivision in Gravenhurst off of Wellington Street near Thain Street. That area is expected to have 130 lots for single-detached homes and 47 townhouses.

You can find more details about the Bracebridge development and pricing here and the project in Gravenhurst here.
