Mail-in ballot deadline for municipal election is Saturday

Bracebridge’s municipal election is just days away and we want to make sure you’re ready. Residents who want to vote by mail in this year’s election have until Saturday, October 18th to mail in their ballot through Canada Post. That’s according to Lake of Bays Director of Corporate Services and Clerk, Carrie Sykes who says if you haven’t received your ballot, you need to contact your local town office.

Don’t forget the ballot has to be filled out with a black pen. Sykes has more on filling out your ballot properly to avoid having it rejected.
