Bracebridge offers incentives to local business developers

Bracebridge continues to make things easier for developers. Recently, the Town agreed to eliminate all non-residential development charge fees. Mayor Graydon Smith says Bracebridge is sending the message that the Town is open for business. 2015 building permit costs have been frozen at 2014 rates and Bracebridge is also offering building improvement grants with interest-free loans through the Town’s Community Improvement Plan.
