Two Bracebridge residents are facing charges related to a major drug bust in the community.
On Thursday, Bracebridge OPP officers, partnered with members of the Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit, searched a home on Douglas Street. During the search, police reportedly found and seized over $10,000 worth of illegal drugs including fentanyl, cocaine and heroin and $10,000 in cash.
Police arrested 27-year-old Brandon Begin and 33-year-old Kirsten Veinott and they were charged with possession of drugs for trafficking and possession imitation weapons for a dangerous purpose. Both are in court today for a bail hearing.
