Muskoka officials are closing a portion of Aspdin Road next week.
The Rosseau River Bridge needs to be replaced and the work will shut down the section of road at the current bridge. The detour runs along Hekkla Road for about 3.3 kilometres. Construction starts Monday and will stretch until the end of July.
The river will also be closed to paddlers and small boats under the bridge.
