New candidate for Bracebridge's top seat

There’s second mayoralty candidate in Bracebridge. Bracebridge resident Phil Kolyn has announced he’ll be taking on Graydon Smith in the Oct. 27th municipal election. The news came in today just short of the filing deadline. Until now there hadn’t been a race for Bracebridge’s top seat.
