Expect a warmer than average finish to February in Muskoka

Environment Canada says we can a warm finish to February.

That’s according to Meteorologist Geoff Coulson, who says starting tomorrow, daytime highs will be at the freezing point or higher.

Coulson says this is a sharp change from temperatures in the minus 30 range at times earlier this month.

Coulson adds we are in for a warm weekend.

According to the weather service, the average daytime high for the region is minus two in February while the overnight low is minus 14.
