A Huntsville man accused of murder could be released on bail this week.
Charles Hayhoe will be in Bracebridge on Wednesday morning for the hearing. Hayhoe was arrested and charged with second-degree murder after 45-year-old Michel Earl died from assault injuries last April. Hayhoe was originally denied bail because of the severity of his charges.
A trial date has not been set yet.
