Police charge a Toronto man for having open liquor

A Toronto man got a slap on the wrist from having open liquor in his car. Last Friday night, The Almaguin Highlands OPP was conducting a RIDE program on Highway 11 and Highway 520 in Armour Township. Officers stopped a car and saw open liquor. Police charged the 20-year-old for the offence.
