Grandpa walking across Ontario for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

A 65-year-old man will be walking through Parry Sound next week while raising money for Duchenne muscular dystrophy research. Grandpa Bob began his journey in Quebec City on May 12th on his way to Winnipeg to help his grandson Louie and all the other boys with D-M-D. He hit the midway point of his trek on Tuesday in Midland and is expected to be in Parry Sound on September 2nd and has already raised $645,000. In May of 2012, Grandpa Bob walked 500 kilometres across Ontario and raised $250,000 for Duchenne research.
