Gravenhurst officials are looking to put $15,000 back into the community this year.
The town is taking applications for the Community Improvement Plan, which offers funds to business and building owners downtown. The grant money can be used for exterior updates, renovations, and landscaping. This grant has been available for the last five years and the town has given out over $200,000 in funds. Applications for the grant must be in by March 31st and recipients will be announced May 15th.
