A Huntsville man is facing serious charges in a fatal crash in North Bay.
On Tuesday night, a 36-year-old man died from his injuries when a pick-up truck hit his vehicle on Highway 11. Police were told by witnesses that the driver of the truck had taken off on foot. North Bay Police tracked the driver down nearby.
Twenty-eight-year-old Joseph Fitzgerald was arrested and charged with impaired driving causing death, leaving the scene of a crash and resisting arrest. He will appear in North Bay for a bail hearing.
