Two Gravenhurst men are facing fines after getting caught dredging a lake shore.
Between May and December, the two had pulled boulders from the bottom of Lake Kahshe and used them in a retaining wall. Conservation officers were called about the illegal work through the MNRF TIPS line. The two were fined over $2,000 after being found guilty in court in October.
If you spot any illegal hunting, fishing or environmental activities you can contact the MNRF TIPS line by calling 1-877-847-7667 or make an anonymous call through Crime Stoppers.
