If you’re ready to quit smoking there’s help for you in Muskoka.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is offering free stop smoking workshops in Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Huntsville. When you attend you’ll get five weeks of free nicotine patches to help you on your quit smoking journey. The workshops run between October 18th and January 25th.
