GHS students head to Toronto to present school study to the Minister of Education

Students from Gravenhurst High School have the chance to show off their research skills to a provincial official.
This afternoon, the three students will be making a 45 minute presentation to the Ontario Minister of Education on the benefits of going to school in their own community.
Teacher Jacki McPherson says the students honed their research skills during a conference last fall before taking on this project.
McPherson says the students then put together an interactive 15-page presentation for the minister.
While many students from across the province have been invited to make presentations, GHS was the only school tasked with putting together this longer more comprehensive study.
