Winter weather is making a comeback in Muskoka today. Today’s rain is switching over to snow tonight, with up to 10 cm falling in some areas.
Warning Preparedness Meteorologist, Peter Kimbell, says this is a weather system coming from Texas.
Kimbell says once the temperature drops tonight, the rain will switch over to snow. He says if you’ve already switched the tires on your car, be extremely careful on the roads this evening.
The rain and snow should clear out by this weekend, where sun and highs of 10 degrees are in the forecast.
