Parents in Muskoka that are interested in having their kids attend a catholic secondary school will have a chance to learn more about St. Dom’s this week.
On Thursday, the school in Bracebridge is opening its doors to parents of grade seven and eight students from across the region.
Officials say parents will be able to learn about some of the specialized programs like the recently introduced hockey program, the shop/woodworking program and even check out some of the hospitality classrooms.
Parents also have the chance to learn more about the difference between academic, applied and locally developed and open courses.
Your child doesn’t not currently need to be enrolled in a catholic school and you can learn more from the teachers about programs available at the school.
The parent information night runs from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
