The Town of Gravenhurst is finalizing the implementation of its newly created Strategic Plan.
The plan was created through input from community stakeholders and identifies five major goals for the next five years.
This includes building economic and employment opportunities, partnership connections and connectivity and providing better municipal services.
There are 55 actions that have been created in order to reach these goals and the town has already undertaken 34 of them.
Town CAO Glen Davies says the most important thing is to keeping staff, council and community informed with what is happening with the plan.
Davies says the town will revisit these priorities annually to make sure they are still relevant to the needs of the community.
