Thousands raised locally on Camp Day

Huntsville and Bracebridge raised $17,000 for this year’s Camp Day. On Wednesday, Tim Hortons locations across the country raised funds for the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation. The coffee chain says they are grateful to all those who volunteered, including the Huntsville/Lake of Bays fire Department, Huntsville OPP, Mayor Claude Doughty and of course Moose FM. Chainwide totals have not come in yet, but it looks like it might be the most successful Camp Day for Muskoka yet.

The Tim Horton Children’s Foundation uses these fundraising dollars to send a kid to one of six camps in North America, one of which is in Parry Sound.
