Hydro One says there’s a power outage in effect in Kearney, Brunel, Proudfoot, Perry, Bethune, Stisted, Armour, Ryerson, Montieth, Chaffey & McMurrich Townships. The company says it will remain in effect until 11:15am this morning. They don’t give a reason for the outage – 4,549 customers are affected.
