A convicted sex offender is going back to Peterborough. Steven Yearley was arrested in Huntsville last October after breaking a court order to not walk on any local trails without a family member. Yearley had served time for sexually assaulting a woman on Hunters Bay Trail back in 2007. Peterborough Police Detective Constable Jeff Morgan says he will be released Saturday under certain conditions….

Yearley is also not allowed to move back to Huntsville. This will be the second time Yearley has been sent to family in Peterborough.
