19-year-old Kearney man going to court for stealing car

A 19-year-old will appear in court tomorrow after he was charged for stealing a 2001 Nissan Sentra. The car was taken from a Kearney home on Friday at around 3 o`clock in the morning. OPP say they searched the area and found the vehicle a short while later on Highway 518 in Kearney. Police stopped the car and arrested the driver. He`s been charged with possession of stolen property, failing to comply with probation and driving while a motor vehicle while under suspension. He`ll appear in court tomorrow.
