A hospital has changed their food menu to adapt to patients with diabetes and kidney health care issues. According to the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN, Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital made the switch after several patients complained that the menu wasn’t good for their diet. The new food guide was introduced in April of last year, but officially launched at a recent conference in March.
