One official with Environment Canada says despite the warm weather, winter is still here.
Temperatures across Muskoka yesterday reached between six and ten degrees, this is abnormal for the month of February. Meteorologist Peter Kimbell says the winter conditions aren’t going anywhere just yet.
He says the province saw almost record-breaking temperatures yesterday as Toronto reached close to 20 degrees.
