The Town of Bracebridge is looking to restore another historical building to its former glory.
On Tuesday council discussed the renovations needed at Bird’s Mill.
The historic building last received major renovations back in the 90’s.
Council discussed the need to keep historical buildings like this, and the recently renovated Woodchester Villa, in better condition.

The plan is to put $35,000 in the 2016 budget towards necessary fixes on the roof and foundation.
Town staff will put together a three-year plan for remaining repairs before planning the 2017 budget.
