An official with the Bracebridge BIA is amazed by the reaction to the first Fire and Ice Festival.
Administrative Coordinator Tracy Larkman says the amount of support and interest went beyond what she was expecting.
Larkman doesn’t have the full numbers yet but says over 4,000 buttons were sold for the event.
She adds they were completely sold out of buttons by mid-afternoon during the festival.
Larkman says she still has to meet with the board to confirm, but she is very confident the Fire and Ice Festival will return next winter.
